“Finding strength in each other, we were inspired to give back - creating a movement designed to connect, uplift, and support those affected by breast cancer right here on the Mornington Peninsula.
This is just the beginning.”

Gentle Flow & Restore
Movement, Breath & Connection
We warmly invite anyone currently undergoing cancer treatment, or navigating life after treatment, as well as their chosen support person to join us for a gentle Movement and breathwork class created to support, mindfulness and healing held the first Wednesday of every month.
This is a truly inclusive session where you are welcome to come exactly as you are. Headscarves or no headscarves, activewear or comfy clothes whatever helps you feel safe, supported and at ease.
This complimentary 45-minute class is led by Rhiannon Edwards, owner of Sol Bod Studio and a bowel cancer survivor & qualified pilates instructor. With deep understanding and care, Rhiannon offers a calm, welcoming space where you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and simply be present.
Spaces are limited, so please register your interest to attend.
