Our Story

Cancer was never something we imagined would be part of our lives. We were young, active, and health-conscious, yet we suddenly found ourselves facing a battle we never expected.

In our thirties, both of us were diagnosed with breast cancer—first Meagan, then Heather—forever changing our paths. Through the toughest days, we leaned on each other, finding strength, comfort, and even moments of laughter in the midst of uncertainty.

Our journeys became deeply intertwined, from undergoing the same surgery just a week apart to navigating treatment, recovery, and the emotional weight of a new reality. We discovered that healing is more than just physical—it’s about rebuilding, finding community, and embracing life after cancer with a renewed sense of purpose.

THAT IS WHY WE CREATED

It’s a movement designed to connect, uplift, and support those affected by cancer right here on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our Goal

Whether you're a survivor, currently in treatment, have a loved one with cancer, or you know someone whose life has been touched by cancer, it’s our goal is to ensure no one walks this path alone, and everyone has access to support and a network to get them through their journey.

Looking Ahead…

We’re committed to expanding our impact—offering workshops, creating safe spaces for those in treatment, and strengthening support networks for patients and their families. By working with local hospitals and health providers, we hope to improve access to care and resources, ensuring no one in our community faces this journey without the support they need.

Together, we can create real change—one step at a time.
